OH EM GEE I FOUND MY DUNGAREES. It's a good feeling when you know you've had your dungarees quite a while and then 1. They're back on trend with a bang and 2. You can still fit into them! I have to say, I'm not a massive fan of the 90s grunge that's going about at the moment, I much prefer to slip into floral dress or something. But, and this is a big but (and I cannot lie), dungarees are the BOMB. A great alternative to a playsuit, much more casual and can be worn in so many different ways. To dress mine up a little I may pair them with a shirt in future, or with a floral blazer layered on top, the world is your oyster ladies!
I did decide to embrace the 90s child within me and try out the grunge look. Note: flat hair behind ear, chain, band style tee and flatforms. I just can't bring myself to try doc martens though, the girl inside me just can't do it. I don't mean to offend any doc lovers out there, but they're just not my style. Envy girls who can rock them though!
I love the fact that my dungarees are striped too, and (almost) monochrome. Two other trends which I adore for ss13.How are you wearing yours, girls? I'd love links to other blogs to keep me busy in the blogosphere.
Happy Spring! Ish... xo
Lovely dungarees! Really want to wear a pair again!
