Day & Night.

/ Day: Cardigan, River Island/ Dress, Topshop/ Trainers, Converse/ Night: Dress, same/ Leather Jacket, Topshop/ Boots; Very (Yes, the Fearne ones!)/ Lindsay: Peplum, H&M/ Leather Panel Leggings, Topshop/ Wedges, New Look/

I got a new dress. I like it a lot. So I want to wear it for both day and night, and I think I can! It's definitely something which is out of my comfort zone. Usually, my outfits consist of a skater skirt, shirt and whatever jacket I decide to wear. The midi style makes me feel so much older and I wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but its cute so I don't really care! Also, the gut was an issue. 

First though, you might've noticed that I caved and bought the Fearne Cotton boots; just couldn't resist! Got money off them though; I have magical ways called my Mother. ANYWAY. I digress. 

So the day look. When I get one (for Christmas; hint hint) I want to wear this dress with a big, baggy jumper in the day. Until then, my lovely sheep cardigan will do me fine. The colours work really well together; the contrast makes both the dress and cardy stand out more. And put with my Converse I think the look is pretty casual, but not "joggers and a hoody" casual, so that's okay.  

And on the flip side; the night look. I wore this to a house party, and actually felt really casual rather than dressed up! I think it's because I normally wear an outfit which shows my legs; I've been pretty classy lately! Put with my leather jacket, studded boots and birdy necklace I think it's a lot more of a party look than the first. And to solve my belly problem, fat pants were worn. Seriously, they work a treat! Just don't wear them if you're trying to impress, unless your guy is into the Bridget Jones look. Then I'd say GO FOR IT! SO that's my day to night item! 

P.s. Lindsay looks hot as always. Monochrome is totally on trend for the party season, as are  Peplum's and Leather. Both totally flattering too.xo
